Ken was great! But Jen, the woman in charge of gathering documents, etc. was awful. She was so disorganized, kept asking us over and over for documents that were already sent to her, and wasn’t always very nice. Ken was wonderful to work with, very nice and knowledgeable- he deserves 5 stars. But Jen made the experience very frustrating at times.
