Communication, friendliness, and knowing that people have their challenges with paper work. The team was very patient when asking for documents three or four times, when we as the customer just couldn't get it right. I was very happy with the overall experience. I wouldn't have known we were in a pandemic based on the flawless way everything was handled. Loved the automation on the app which was a game changer for us.
