Kenneth Gunther

Born and raised in Monmouth County, Ken entered the mortgage industry in 1985. After college, he actually studied for his real estate license, but his love for numbers and affinity for the financial side of the business led him to become a mortgage planner. As a business owner and managing partner, Ken learned the intricacies of the mortgage industry – becoming a member of the NJ Mortgage Bankers Association, Board of Governors. Ken has an extensive background in underwriting guidelines, comprehensive knowledge of FHA, VA and thorough understanding of credit reports and qualifying standards. Ken enjoys working in and giving back to his community.

Ken currently services Spring Lake, Sea Girt and surrounding towns in Monmouth County. 

Ken is authorized to lend in the following states: New Jersey, New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
